Time Wise itinerary has to be strictly adhered to maintain the flow of the itinerary. People being late will have to catch up the tour at the next destination/excursion with their own expense.
• Porterage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, alcohol/non-alcohol beverages are not included.
• There is no refund for any missed portion of the tour.
• Standard & Basic Rooms will be given. Please note that the check-In time for rooms in all hotels will be 3:00 pm and Check out will be at 11:00 am. Passengers coming before time can request hotel for early check-in but this is not guaranteed & is at the hotel's discretion & availability of rooms.
• American buffet breakfast is included in some of the Destinations. In case of early morning flight no breakfast will be given by the hotel.
• Indian Breakfast is included in some of the destinations like Las Vegas Etc.
• Sumptuous Dinners at Indian restaurants where the passengers can choose between VEG or JAIN option.
• The passengers requiring Wheelchair assistance will have to make their own arrangements.
• In order for us to provide excellent service towards passenger airport pick-ups, we need the flight details minimum of 3 days prior along with cell phone number. (Direct joining)
• Please note that guests may have to give their Credit card/cash at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guests use some of the services other than not included in the package.
• Joining Direct Passengers will Not be given airport transfers To and FROM the airport. They have to make their own arrangements or pay for the transfers.
• For passengers on triple sharing or with parents with child, rooms with twin bed will be provided. There is no provision for extra bed in most hotels in USA.

All information given in the Brochure / Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure / itinerary before or after booking your tour due to any event beyond our control. In case if we will know about any changes before your departure we will update or communicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the tour.
