- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, traffic, operational requirements, or local conditions.
- Hotel check-in/check-out timings are as per hotel policy.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability.
- Any increase in airfare, taxes, visa fees, or currency fluctuations will be borne by the guest.
- Optional tours, personal expenses, porterage, tips, and anything not mentioned under inclusions are payable directly.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
- Guests must carry valid travel documents throughout the tour.
- Ajay Modi Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary if required for the smooth operation of the tour.
- A minimum number of passengers is required to operate the group tour. If the minimum is not met, an alternative date or refund policy will be applicable as per company terms.
- Most Important Note:- Indian passport holders are eligible to apply for a Türkiye e-Visa only if they possess a valid visa or residence permit issued by the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, or a Schengen member country. The supporting visa or residence permit must remain valid on the traveller's date of entry into Türkiye.
