Chandigarh to Dharamsala (250 Km)

Arrival at Amritsar and shall transfers to the Mc Leodganj (Dharamsala).On arrival check in at hotel in evening, evening is free for leisure dinner & overnight stay at hotel in Amritsar .

Dharamsala Local Tour

After breakfast half day city tour visiting Dal Lake, Church, Bhagsu Nag Temple and Tibetan Monastery after that sightseeing back to hotel dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Dharamsala to Dalhousie (143 Km)

After breakfast check out from hotel and leave for Dalhousie. visit Mcleodganj, Naddi Dal Lake and transfer to Dalhousie check in hotel overnight at hotel.

Dalhousie- Khajjiar –Dalhousie

After breakfast full day sightseeing first drive to Subash Bowli then to Khajjiar via Bakrota hills and Lakkarmandi reach Khajjiar full day excursion. Evening visit mall road overnight at hotel.

Dalhousie to Amritsar (200 Km)

After breakfast check out from hotel and leave for Amritsar on arrival check in to the after check in visit local tour of Amritsar Visit to the Wagah Border for the Indo-Pak evening Parade ceremony, Golden Temple, Durgiana Temple, Jallianwala Bagh after that sightseeing back to hotel dinner & Overnight at Amritsar hotel.

Note:

  • T-Permit Vehicle Innova and Tavera will be 6/7 Seater Only
  • Facilities like heater in room in Himachal Pradesh will be chargeable as per Hotel policy. Some of the hotels are offering free of cost also but we are not guarantee for any such services without prior intimation to us.
  • AC & Music System in Vehicle will not be operated when we are on the hilly area.
  • Due to union issue we are not able to provide pickup from Kalka Railway Station/Shimla Railway Station or Airport / Bhunter Airport /Jammu Airport. At these places we have to arrange vehicle from union transporter only so it will cost you extra.
  • In Nature call condition (Like : Snow Falls, Land slide ), No refund done from Hotel and Vehicle.
  • Rohtang Pass is closed every Tuesday for General Tourist
  • Entry Fee and Adventure activities not include in this package.
  • If Anycase ( Like,. Snowfall or Any other Reason ) Sightseeing not done.So Refund will be not possible.
  • If Khajjar is Close or Any union issues, So client need to pay extra amount for khajjiar sightseeing via Chamba.
  • Vehicle at your disposal as per the Itinerary.
  • Vehicle at Disposable from Point to Point as per Itinerary.Driver allowance will be Applicable extra for Additional Sightseeing of the vehicle and Guest has to Pay Driver Allowance directly to Driver only. Any Additional Sightseeing will be charged Extra.

Tour Booking

  • For this tour, the booking will have to pay Rs.5000 (non-refundable) per person as well as the full amount for air tickets. It is advisable to book on time to get cheap air tickets. Afterwards one will have to get an online ticket. The difference will have to be paid by the tourists. It is mandatory to submit the final payment 30 days before the trip. Otherwise that tourist’s name, hotel and other arrangements will be cancelled on the understanding that he will not join the tour and will not get a refund of the already paid amount.

Terms & Conditions

Tour Cancellation

  • The tour will be cancelled only after receiving a written request for tour cancellation from the person booking the tour. As the group ticket of the aircraft is non-refundable, it is not cancelled and so it will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the tour booking amount if the tour has to be cancelled due to any circumstances of the traveler, and except for that, the remaining amount credit note valid for up to 1 year will be given so that after some time the traveler can join us on another tour. After 1 year, the credit note will be automatically cancelled and traveler will not get any kind of refund. In any case, if the flight is cancelled or rescheduled, the passenger will be solely responsible for its cancellation as well as its re-reservation.
  • In addition, Rs 2,000 per 1 ticket will be deducted 60 days before the date of departure, Rs 4,000 per 1 ticket will be deducted 30 days before the date of departure and those who book within 30 days will not get any refund and the rest will be credited in the form of credit notes.

Special Note

  • We also book hotel bookings, vehicle bookings, kitchen staff and tour managers in advance to ensure that their family gets good and timely facilities when booking a tour, but in case of any natural or man-made accident, unusual and difficult situations such as floods, earthquakes, cloudbursts, landslides, political instability, shutdowns, strikes, storms, terrorist attacks, train or flight reschedule or cancellation or illness, death of a relative or an emerging pandemic like Corona which in general, we call as “ACT OF GOD”, if the tour is cancelled or has to be cancelled, we also do not get refund of the amount paid in advance as well as advertisement and office expenses. In case of cancellation, a one-year validity credit note of amount paid by traveler will be given and under no circumstances will cash or cheque be refunded. Through this credit note the traveler can join any of our other trips
