- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- Singapore & Malaysia visa is mandatory. Visa documents must be submitted within the specified timeline.
- Tour itinerary and sightseeing are subject to weather, traffic, local regulations, and operational conditions.
- Check-in/Check-out at hotels is as per hotel policy.
- Indian meals will be provided as per the itinerary.
- Cruise cabins are allotted by the cruise company and are subject to availability.
- Guests must carry valid passport, visa, travel insurance, and other required travel documents.
- Tour Manager services will be provided for group departures.
- Any personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, shopping, beverages, porterage, and tips are not included unless mentioned.
- Optional activities and attractions not mentioned in the itinerary will be at an additional cost.
- All travelers must follow local laws, cruise regulations, and instructions given by the Tour Manager.
- Flight schedules, cruise timings, and sightseeing order may change due to operational reasons.
- Rates are subject to change in case of any increase in airfare, visa fees, taxes, or currency fluctuations before departure.
- Ajay Modi Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary in the best interest of the tour due to unforeseen circumstances.
- A minimum number of passengers is required to operate the group tour.
- Hotels can be Upgraded by Paying Extra Amount as per the Taste, Life Style, Status & Higher Budget of your Family.
