• Payment will be accepted at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of final payment.
• GST, TCS, and applicable taxes will be charged as per Government rules.
• Tour Leader service is available for group departures (minimum 20 adults).
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
• Hotel check-in/check-out timings are subject to hotel policies.
• Room allocation is subject to availability. Twin/Double bed preference cannot be guaranteed.
• Optional sightseeing and personal expenses are not included unless specified.
• Baggage allowance will be as per the airline's policy.
• Flight seats are subject to airline availability and allocation.
• For Thailand entry (via cruise), passengers must carry THB 10,000 per person as per immigration requirements.
• Overseas Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
• No refund will be provided for any unused services
• Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharge, cruise charges, or transportation cost before departure will be payable by the customer.
• Hotels can be Upgraded by Paying Extra Amount as per the Taste, Life Style, Status & Higher Budget of your Family.
• AJAY MODI TRAVELS PVT LTD. will not be responsible for any Disturbance in the trip due to circumstances beyond our control such as road blocks, vehicle malfunction & other conditions like war, riot, sickness, disaster or any natural problems etc.
