Tour Information
01 HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
- Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, subject to individual hotel policies.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges payable directly by the guest.
- Room allocation is at the hotel management's discretion. Requests for adjacent rooms, same-floor rooms, bed type, smoking preference, or a specific view are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Triple-sharing generally includes one double/twin bed with an additional rollaway bed, sofa bed, or mattress. Triple rooms may not be larger than standard double rooms.
- Room service, laundry, minibar, telephone, spa, damages, and other personal expenses must be settled directly with the hotel before check-out.
- Hotels may collect a refundable security deposit at check-in, subject to incidental deductions and the hotel's policy.
02 MEALS
- Meals will be provided strictly as specified in the confirmed itinerary.
- Breakfast is generally served at the hotel during designated timings and may be American, Continental, or Local Buffet, depending on the hotel.
- Lunch and dinner will be served at selected Indian or local restaurants as stated in the itinerary.
- Meals missed due to late arrival, early departure, flight delay, illness, personal preference, or any other reason are non-refundable and cannot be substituted.
- Jain, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
03 SIGHTSEEING & TOUR ITINERARY
- All sightseeing, excursions, and transfers will operate according to the confirmed itinerary.
- The sightseeing sequence may change due to weather, traffic, local events, government regulations, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Attractions, museums, parks, or entertainment venues may close due to maintenance, public holidays, festivals, weather, or government directives.
- Ajay Modi Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative wherever possible; however, no refund or compensation will apply.
- Optional tours and activities are at the guest's discretion and cost unless specifically included in the package.
04 UNUTILIZED SERVICES
- No refund, adjustment, or compensation will be provided for unused accommodation, meals, sightseeing, entrance tickets, transportation, or any other package inclusion, regardless of the reason.
- Guests joining after the tour begins or leaving before completion are not entitled to a refund for the unutilized portion of the package.
05 TRANSPORTATION
- Airport transfers, intercity transfers, and sightseeing will be provided in air-conditioned vehicles suitable for the group size.
- Coach seating is not reserved. Seats may be rotated daily to ensure fairness and comfort for all guests.
- Guests must report to the designated departure point on time. Guest-caused delays may result in missing scheduled departures.
- Guests who fail to report on time must arrange and pay for transportation to the next designated point.
- Drivers and transport providers follow local traffic laws and government regulations. Legal driving-hour limits may occasionally affect the sightseeing schedule.
06 TOUR LEADER / TOUR MANAGER
- A professional Tour Leader or Tour Manager from Ajay Modi Travels will accompany the group when the minimum requirement of 20 full-paying adult guests is met.
- The Tour Leader's role is to coordinate the tour, manage logistics, and assist guests throughout the journey.
- The Tour Manager may not accompany guests during every attraction or activity, particularly where local guides are appointed.
- Guests must follow instructions regarding tour timings, immigration procedures, local laws, safety guidelines, and group discipline.
- Disruptive, offensive, unsafe, or inconvenient behaviour may result in removal from the tour without refund or compensation.
07 TRAVEL INSURANCE
- Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all travellers and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
- Guests should obtain adequate coverage for medical emergencies, hospitalization, accidents, baggage loss or delay, passport loss, trip cancellation or interruption, emergency evacuation, and personal liability.
- Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
08 GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guests are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, travel permits, identification, foreign currency, and all required travel documents.
- Guests must comply with the laws, customs, and regulations of all countries visited during the tour.
- Fines, penalties, legal expenses, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from a guest's actions, negligence, or misconduct remain the guest's sole responsibility.
- Guests must safeguard passports, valuables, personal belongings, and travel documents throughout the tour.
09 BAGGAGE POLICY
- Baggage allowance is governed strictly by the respective airline's baggage policy.
- Unless otherwise specified, internal flights included in the package allow 20 kg of checked baggage per passenger.
- Guests are responsible for carrying and safeguarding luggage at airports, hotels, coaches, cruise terminals, and sightseeing locations.
- Ajay Modi Travels is not responsible for baggage loss, theft, delay, damage, or mishandling by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or third parties.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Tour prices are based on prevailing airfare, exchange rates, government taxes, and supplier costs at the time Of quotation. Any increase before departure is payable by the guest.
- Passport validity must be at least 6 months from the date of return, unless the destination country requires otherwise.
- Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. Ajay Modi Travels cannot guarantee approval or be responsible for rejection or delay.
- The company may amend the itinerary, substitute hotels, modify sightseeing, or change transportation due to operational needs, force majeure, weather, natural disasters, airline schedule changes, government regulations, or circumstances beyond its control.
- Guests must maintain punctuality throughout the tour. Any costs arising from guest-caused delays will be borne by the guest.
- Any dispute arising from the booking or tour is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
