Tour Information
- Guests who wish to travel separately from the tour coach with their family can opt for a private A.C. vehicle for the entire tour.
- Additional charges: ₹25,000 (Sedan), ₹30,000 (Innova), ₹40,000 (Tempo Traveller), payable along with the tour cost.
- Advance booking is mandatory, subject to vehicle availability. Limited luggage is recommended as small vehicles do not have carrier facilities.
- Room allocation is subject to hotel availability and may be provided on double, triple, or quadruple sharing basis. An extra mattress may be provided where required.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- Guests arriving before check-in time must make their own arrangements for meals and refreshments or wait until the room becomes available.
- Detailed hotel and tour information will be shared 3 days before departure.
- Comfortable A.C. coaches will be provided throughout the tour. Vehicle type may vary depending on the group size.
- Seats will be allotted on a rotation basis to ensure a fair seating arrangement for all passengers.
- All sightseeing will be covered once as per the itinerary. Missed sightseeing due to any reason will not be repeated.
- Guests are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. The company will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
- Pure vegetarian Gujarati, Punjabi, Kathiyawadi, Continental, and Jain meals prepared by our own kitchen team will be served throughout the tour.
- Guests are requested to reach the dining venue within the scheduled meal timings. Meals will not be available after service hours.
- If the group size is less than 15 passengers, only breakfast and dinner will be served through the hotel restaurant. Lunch will not be provided, and no refund will be applicable. Due to weather conditions or local authority restrictions, boating and certain activities may be suspended. The company shall not be held responsible in such cases.
- A non-refundable administrative charge of ₹10,000 per person is required to confirm the booking.
- Group flight tickets are non-refundable; cancellation, extension, or name changes are not permitted.
- Full tour payment must be completed 20 days before departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking, with no refund of the amount paid.
