• Full payment will be accepted in Indian Rupees only.

• If, required & proper document s are not submitted on time then Ajay Modi Travel s Pvt. Ltd. can not guarantee for vi sa, ticket s and other expenses & cos t occurring in the tour.
• Hotel s can be Upgraded by Paying Extra Amount as per the Tas te, Life Style, Status & Higher Budget of your Family.
• Payment can be made on case to case bas i s until unles s credit facility approved.
• Full payment for the group booking or FIT packages should be made before 15 days of journey.
• Half -Day tour s are all without meal s unles s s tated in the Package.
• No preference / priority would be given for s itting in vehicles for any tours.
• AJAY MODI TRAVELS PVT LTD. will not be respons ible for any Di s turbance in the trip due to circums tances beyond our control such as road blocks , vehicle malfunction & other conditions like corona, war, riot, s icknes s , di sas ter or any natural problems etc.
• AJAY MODI TRAVELS PVT. LTD. will not be respons ible for any kind of services or Compensation in case of death, accident, injury or any los s of baggage etc. All the Touri s t are advi sed to insure them- self by international touri s t insurance or mediclaim for any emergency during the foreign tours.
• All touri s t are reques ted to check, watch & Confirm air line mes sages for scheduled departure time. In case of re- scheduling Or cancellation of flight s the pas senger s are reques ted to contact the concern air lines Immediately.
• All Touri s t mus t reach at the airport before 3 hr s . prior to scheduled departure of flight, to get the boarding pas s , Mi s s ing of flight due to any reason is not our respons ibility.
• As per the present COVID-19 s ituation, at the time of journey in case the tour or flight get s cancelled for any reason, Ajay Modi Travel s will not be respons ible for the same.

Payment Terms

• Booking Amount - 30% of the Package Amount + Full Amount of Flight Ticket s Issued
• Remaining Amount - 30% of the amount required 45 Days Prior to the departure.
• Total Amount - 40% amount required ( Full Payment ) 20 Days Prior to the departure
