Tour Information
- A Tour Leader from Ajay Modi will accompany the group along with the local guide, subject to a minimum of 20 adult passengers.
- To grant or issue visa is a sole prerogative of particular embassy, Consulate General / Immigration Officer, We Ajay Modi Travels Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any of decision.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- All payments will be accepted only in Indian Rupees (INR).
- The Rate of Exchange (ROE) applicable on the date of payment will be considered.
- Any increase in airfare due to fuel surcharge, airline revisions, government taxes, airport charges or regulatory changes after booking confirmation will be borne by the passenger.
- Ajay Modi shall not be responsible for such revisions. Package prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The quoted package price is based on Standard Room Category. Any room upgrade will be subject to additional charges.
- The coach or vehicle will be available only for sightseeing and transfers mentioned in the itinerary.
- Transportation during leisure or free time is not included and will be at the passenger's own expense.
- Ajay Modi will not be responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed onward connections or schedule changes.
- Any additional expenses arising due to airline disruptions, including hotel accommodation, meals, transfers or sightseeing, shall be borne by the passenger.
- Tap water is not safe for drinking in Hong Kong. Hotels generally do not provide complimentary bottled drinking water.
- Guests are advised to purchase drinking water at their own expense.
- Additional charges may apply during trade fairs, exhibitions, festivals, public holidays, peak travel dates or surcharge periods.
- Hotels in Hong Kong are not permitted to provide complimentary disposable toiletries or bottled plastic drinking water in guest rooms.
- Guests may request these items from the hotel; however, additional charges may apply.
- Travellers are encouraged to carry reusable water bottles and personal toiletries as part of sustainable tourism.
