Begin your journey from Ahmedabad with a flight to Delhi, followed by a picturesque drive to Shimla. Explore famous attractions including Hanuman Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Mall Road, Naldehra Golf Course, Kufri, Vashisht Hot Water Springs, Hidimba Temple, Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel, and Snow Point / Rohtang Pass (subject to availability). Tour Information
- Ajay Modi Travels organizes tours with complete transparency and understanding. Even then, we are able to satisfy only 90% of our travelers. Travelers with excessive expectations, a habit of making complaints, or an argumentative nature are requested not to join the tour. If such travelers create disputes, make unnecessary demands, or behave improperly during the tour, their tour will be cancelled immediately, and the remaining tour amount will be refunded after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.
- Ajay Modi Travels does not own any hotel. All hotel facilities, including room cleaning, housekeeping, and room service, are provided solely by the hotel. Therefore, Ajay Modi Travels has no direct control over these services.
- During the Diwali vacation, fixed tour managers will be available at all major tourist destinations. A running tour manager will not be available.
- Book your railway or air tickets only after reading the complete brochure and obtaining proper clarification regarding the Delhi or Chandigarh pick-up from our booking staff.
- In the Deluxe Himachal Tours, room heaters are available at an additional charge of ₹400–₹500 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel.
- In the Himachal tour, travelers will be dropped only up to the point where the company's vehicle can go. Thereafter, they must travel by sharing vehicles at their own expense.
- Compared to Shimla and Manali, the hotels in Dalhousie are of a lower category, and the room size is comparatively smaller. Hotels in Shimla are situated approximately 20–22 km from Shimla city.
- Kindly do not maintain contact with the tour manager or driver after the completion of the tour, nor engage in any kind of financial transaction with them.
- In the Deluxe Tours, Chandigarh and Amritsar hotels provide A.C. rooms, while Shimla, Manali, and Dalhousie hotels provide Non-A.C. rooms. Room allotment is done only by the respective hotel. Just as all the children of the same parents do not have the same education, calibre, and income, similarly, all hotel rooms do not have the same size or view. Therefore, the company follows the free room allotment system.
- Due to the increase in the number of travelers, a kitchen facility may not be available at every hotel. Travelers will have to reach the designated dining location for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If it is nearby, they will have to walk; if it is more than 500 meters away, transportation will be provided by the company's vehicle.
- Due to road closures or heavy rainfall, changes may occur in the tour itinerary. If an additional stay becomes necessary, an extra charge of ₹2,000 per person per day must be paid directly to the tour manager.
- In all Himachal tours, Non-A.C. Tempo Travellers will be provided due to the hilly terrain.
- if four travelers book one Double Bed Room, they will have to adjust accordingly. Three persons will sleep on the double bed, and one extra mattress will be provided on the floor for the fourth person. An additional mattress, if required, will be provided only after direct payment to the hotel. Please make a proper decision before booking such a room.
