Tour Information
- Accommodation will be provided in standard rooms at Deluxe category hotels with basic facilities. The average room tariff ranges from ₹1,500 to ₹2,000, featuring medium-sized rooms and toilets, along with a bed, bedsheet, blanket, towel, and soap.
- Room heaters are not provided by the hotel during the winter season. If required, they can be arranged directly at the hotel by paying the applicable extra charges at your own expense.
- Enjoy pure Gujarati vegetarian meals prepared by our Maharaj, served hot, fresh, tasty, and in limited varieties. Meals include tea & breakfast, lunch, and dinner as mentioned in the brochure. Jain meals are available with prior intimation to the Manager, while mineral water will be at your own expense.
- In Amritsar, breakfast and dinner will be served by the hotel. All travelers are requested to have their meals at the designated place and designated time. For groups of 20 or more travelers, our Gujarati kitchen will be arranged. If there are fewer than 20 travelers, meals will be arranged at the hotel.
- During travel from Chandigarh to Shimla, Shimla to Manali, and Manali to Dalhousie, afternoon lunch will neither be arranged by the company nor is its cost included in the tour price. (Kindly visit our office to view the meal menu.) Meal arrangements during air or railway travel must be made by the travelers themselves.
- Due to road closures or heavy rainfall, changes may occur in the tour itinerary. If an additional stay becomes necessary, an extra charge of ₹2,000 per person per day must be paid directly to the tour manager.
- if four travelers book one Double Bed Room, they will have to adjust accordingly. Three persons will sleep on the double bed, and one extra mattress will be provided on the floor for the fourth person. An additional mattress, if required, will be provided only after direct payment to the hotel. Please make a proper decision before booking such a room.
