- accommodation will be arranged in kuta and ubud, with hotels in standard category or similar, and hotel selection may change depending on availability at the time of booking
- all transfers during the tour will be managed on group private coach basis, including airport transfers and sightseeing as per itinerary
- flights are operated via singapore airlines with connecting sectors, and timings are fixed as per airline schedule
- meals will be provided as per itinerary on fixed menu basis, and meal preferences like jain/veg/non-veg are subject to availability at hotels or airlines
- swing activities at my swing are included for adults above 12 years only, and multiple swing options are available such as single swing, couple swing, bird nest, and glass floor experiences
- water sports activities will be conducted at tanjung benoa beach and include banana boat, jet ski, and parasailing on one-time basis each
- bali day club visit is included for entry only, and any additional activities or consumption inside will be chargeable
- sightseeing includes major attractions like ulundanu lake temple, tanah lot temple, tegenungan waterfall, and ubud area covering villages and local market
- balinese spa for 1 hour is included in the itinerary and will be scheduled as per tour plan
- all sightseeing and activities are conducted as per fixed itinerary, and timings must be followed strictly to avoid missing any services
- luggage should be limited to one suitcase per person (small/medium size) to ensure smooth travel during transfers and hotel check-ins
- it is recommended to carry a cross shoulder bag or haversack for daily use during sightseeing and easy handling of personal belongings
- guests are advised to carry essentials like sunglasses, cap/hat, and comfortable footwear suitable for travel and activities
- during rainy conditions, carrying a small umbrella or poncho is recommended for convenience
