- Accommodation will be provided in clean and comfortable
- If 4 guests stay in one room, 3 guests may share the double bed, while the 4th guest will be provided with an extra mattress on the floor.
- Check-in and Check-out timings will be as per the hotel's standard policy.
- Pure vegetarian Gujarati meals prepared by Gujarati cooks, including Gujarati, Punjabi, and Kathiyawadi cuisine.
- Complimentary 2 bottles of mineral water per room per day will be provided.
- If the group size is less than 30 passengers, the group kitchen will not operate. In such cases, breakfast and dinner will be served through the hotel restaurant.
- Lunch will not be provided in such cases, and no refund or claim will be entertained
- Transportation will be provided by Tempo Traveller based on the group size.
- Seating will be arranged on a rotation basis throughout the tour.
- Sightseeing attractions will be covered only once as per the itinerary.
- At locations where large vehicles are not permitted, guests may need to use local transport at their own expense.
- Vehicle schedules are subject to local traffic, administration rules, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
